game failed to load error code 102:32a1c4d2:d54c3eb7

The game was perfectly fine until I tried to travel to a crime scene then it failed to load and advised me to relaunch the game. I did but the same happened more than three times. I've attached the message of the error.

@muhannad1988 Are you using any mods/cc in your game ?

Did you try travelling there twice in a row without relauching the game ?

Hi crinrict,
No I don't use any mods nor cc. I clicked on the board at the police station and it the message started to appear. I relaunched the games four times and every time I try to play with the same household the same message appears.
