Game fails to start
When I try to load the Sims 4 I get a message saying Game failed to start. I have it loaded on 2 computers and it has happened on both, can anyone help please?

Shazzajb Please post a screenshot of the error. It's fine if it's not in English. Some errors come from Sims 4, and some from the EA App, so it's important to know where the process is failing.
