@kabelzsofi What happens when you try to repair? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot. And what antivirus do you use?

@kabelzsofi Please cancel the download and clear the app's cache again, then restart your computer. Create a new folder directly on the drive where you want Sims 4 installed, for example C:\Games. (This needs to be a completely new folder; don't reuse an existing one.) Try installing Sims 4 into that folder.
Before launching the game, please change these settings in Avast:

Now I'm redownloading the game and it does exctly what it did when I tried to repair it. It's supposedly finnalizing, but it's stuck on 10%. The downloading rate is 0.00 B/s.
