@puzzlezaddict Nothing happenes when I try to repair it. It either goes up very slowly from a number (last time it was 40) or stays at 0%. I either have to stop the repair or it will tell me that there was a problem during it.
I use Avast.

@kabelzsofi Please cancel the download and clear the app's cache again, then restart your computer. Create a new folder directly on the drive where you want Sims 4 installed, for example C:\Games. (This needs to be a completely new folder; don't reuse an existing one.) Try installing Sims 4 into that folder.
Before launching the game, please change these settings in Avast:

- kabelzsofi3 years agoRising Scout@puzzlezaddict It already downloaded. When I tried to launch the game it said that there was a problem on ea app's end. What do I do now?

@kabelzsofi Please do these, in order, before trying to play:
- Clear the EA App's cache (again)
- Use the App Recovery function (again)
- Change the Avast settings as described in the guide I linked
- Restart your computer
If you still can't play, I really do need to see a dxdiag, so please attach one to a reply here. I posted instructions before, but here they are again:
