Game freezes and crahses when loading a house
Game crashes when i try load a (any) household. I can start the game, create a sim and choose a house > game freezes and i can not do anything. First time it happened was Monday
I had mods in the game but now removed all.
I tried : repair the game with origin , remove mod & tray folder, removed the sims 4 game folder out of Documents and i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I also updated windows + graphic card drivers and run the dxdiag .. i do not know what else do look for

I know you said you did a clean re-install of windows but there's still livekernel event errors in your DxDiag that could point towards a driver issue
