4jke7w4rft73 If you already have a Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, please move it onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If that doesn't help, or you don't have the folder at all yet, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it; and whether your antivirus has blocked anything Sims 4- or EA App-related.

Hi, I've been having this same problem for months now. I've tried everything that I have found to try and solve it but nothing has been working. I've attached my dxdiag. Anything you can say to help will be much appreciated!!
