Game freezes, can't close or entire window freezed

My Os is windows 10, I was playing sims 4 for hours and i was trying to save until it freezes, now i cant close, minimize or interact with the entire window or it wont let me go to my desktop screen ...

@YukkiMons  Once you can't interact with the game window, no, there's no way to unfreeze things and save, sorry.  You'll need to force close the game and reload.
