VictoriaSalter Does this ever happen on other lots? Please test if you haven't already, and include at least a couple complicated lots. You don't need to download anything from the Gallery, and in fact it would be best not to; just try some default EA-made mansions. You don't need to save your progress after testing them.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
puzzlezaddict I cannot seem to recreate this effect on any other lot so far. It appears to be only the 1 lot in San Myshuno affected (it's the lot next to the salt house, I believe by default it's a karaoke bar).
I bulldozed that bar, and began building a restaurant, and was able to build a majority of it perfectly fine, then one day, after an update, it started freezing when I attempted to rotate the camera while in build/buy mode. Note: I also did not build with any CC either, but I did build with bb.moveobjects on however.
