Game gets stuck on loading screen when I try to play a household

I play the Sims 4 on PC and for about a month now my game does not want to work. Everytime I press play to start playing the household and the loading screen comes it gets stuck. The mouse shows that I can press on things and the sound is there but the screen is still on loading screen. I've sat for an hour and nothing happened. I even tried taking all of my mods off and "restarting" my saves. Nothing had worked. Please help me so I dontd have to buy another game. I've came too far now.

    Move the mods folder from the game folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and repair game on Origin. Some mod may have caused this. There is also an option that your save for this reason is corrupted. Did you try to start a new game without mods to check if it concerns only one save or the whole game?
    If it does not help could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
