Move the mods folder from the game folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and repair game on Origin. Some mod may have caused this. There is also an option that your save for this reason is corrupted. Did you try to start a new game without mods to check if it concerns only one save or the whole game?
If it does not help could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
