Game is CONSTANTLY freezing, I've done it all and I give up

I'm so annoyed. I've lost years of effort on this game. 27 generations in the bin. I've tried a fresh re-install, no mods no nothing, and it works, but even CC is now causing the game to crash, can't...

@puzzlezaddictThank you for your calm reply when I was absolutely raging in my original comment! Which Sims 4 folder would need to go? I'm assuming it's The Sims 4 folder located within the Electronic Arts folder and not the separate one?

@23spindles  Yes, the Sims 4 folder inside Documents > Electronic Arts is the one to move.  There's no need to mess with the game's program files, at least not at this point.
