Game is loading slow
When I first got the game, it only took like 10 seconds at most to load. But now, it takes five minutes. So I deleted my sims 4 folder and tried it again, and it works as it should. But when I put it...
@puzzlezaddict i tried your idea and apparently its one of options, userdata.lock, gameversion, config, clientDB, Usersetting. But those files are automatically generated whenever I start the game.
@eclecticallyem It shouldn't be any of those files: some are just output (as in, the game writes to them but doesn't read them), and none cause problems under normal circumstances. What happened when you started with a clean folder, created a new save, quit, and reloaded: was loading fast again, or was it just as slow as it's been (or somewhere in between)?
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@eclecticallyem The driver for your graphics chip is almost three years old, and there are a few errors in your dxdiag that are probably related to the driver. You can download a new one from Intel here:

It may help to repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
Please also make sure that OneDrive isn't automatically syncing the contents of Documents with cloud storage. You can disable OneDrive entirely, or just prevent it from auto syncing Documents.
