Game is not working even after deleting broken mod

Okay so basically I just downloaded a few new mods and then I wanted to open the game but an error message pops up, saying that it can´t be started because of (name of specific cc data). So I deleted this mod and every other one of this website. It didn´t work so i tried repairing my game, looking for updates and removing all my mods. I found out that my game is working perfectly fine without mods but when I tried to add some which worked in the past it stopped working again. What can I do please help?
