I was playing the game the night before and it was completely fine. I get on to play today and now when I try to save my game it stays on the saving screen. I just purchased the new expansion pack and I can’t even play it.
vlovesfashion05 Does this happen with a new save too? Please test and let me know either way. I'm not saying you need to delete your current save, only that this is a useful comparison.
Please also let me know where the game is installed, which you can see in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
