Game keeps changing my Sims' outfits to same pink shirt

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my Realm of Magic save file, Astrid Lynn. The Save file image is her with a pink sweater on, the world view household image shows her normal clothes, and when you go into the game, same pink sweater.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim went to shower, and then came out in the pink sweater. When I try to change outfits, all of her outfits have changed to the sweater. All outfits that were dresses are now just the sweater and underwear. However, when I Modify in CAS, her normal clothes appear. This happened last night as well with a strange purple crop top. I removed and updated my mods and it came right... but now ita doing it again.
What do you expect to see? I expect her to not change into outfits I didnt set, and for the outfits to not all change at once. Also, I cannot edit outfits in CAS because the sweater doesn't appear. I want my sim to wear her normal clothes.

She cycles back and forth from changing all outfits to unchangeable random clothes and her normal clothes. Its happened twice in both times I played the game since last night and the shirt is different each time.
