Game Keeps Crashing When Placing Lots in Magnolia Promenade

My game dont crash when placing lots anywhere else but this world. It has crash two times already. I took all my mods out and tried it again and it crashed again. I'm trying to place a bridal shop re...

Does the lot you're trying to place contain mannequins?  There's a bug related to lots with mannequins:

Let me know, and if that's the issue for everyone, I'll merge.

If it's NOT your issue, please try the lot in different locations in a new save and see whether you can get to work anywhere.
