Game keeps crashing

Hey,
I updated my game yesterday evening, and since then, I have been unable to play my game.
I have uninstalled everything—ea and Sims—cleared the catch and removed all modes and saves.

I have also renamed my sims 4 folder in documents and removed it. Literally, nothing works, and I am getting frustrated.

I attached my DxDiag maybe it helps.

I would really appreciate your help .

Hey, thank you so much for your answer.
I forgot to post it yesterday evening, but I managed to fix it.

My Windows security kept blocking something needed for the game to run.
I found that out basically by accident.
    Nevertheless, thank you so much!

  • @21Cassie04  Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists a number of Sims 4 crashes but doesn't point to a particular culprit.  So since you've already covered the basic troubleshooting steps, please try playing in a clean boot:

The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.  Disable the rest as described.

When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running; all kinds of random apps can still be enabled.  If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.  And if you use a third-party antivirus, please disable it while testing.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
