Game Keeps Going Offline After Marketplace Update

GreenOak1357​  It's not happening to very many people, and the bug report forum is generally for problems with the game, not unusual system issues the game might be triggering.

Take look at your antivirus and firewall settings (two different locations unless you have a third-party app that covers both), and see whether they've been blocking anything from Sims 4 or EA.  And if one of your computers has wifi, try using your phone as a mobile hotspot, set to use data rather than your home network, in case the issue is on the network side.

Happening on two different PCs. Didn't occur before marketplace update. I think it's a bug.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

• Press Windows-Key + R
• Type: DxDiag
• Click on Save all Information.
• Attach the Text File to your post
