Expansion packs gone

After the update my expansion packs that I had bought previously are gone. Idk if it’s the update or because I moved it back to ea from steam but it said they are installed in my library when I go into the game they are not there and when I go to market place it says they are not installed an won’t let me do anything about this.  
I got a new pc and when I logged in I lost everything that was saved so I tried moving it to steam and all that did was get rid of the expansion packs.

    Same thing for me. I didn't move anything, I just let the update download and since then all my packs are gone. I can see them as installed in the ea app. I've repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled every single pack, uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled, I emptied ea cache, logged out and back in ea app... Still my packs are gone when I play.

    hello simmer, is your installer steam? then you bought the expansion on EA APP? if yes, we have the same problems. it says DLC NOT OWNED but when I check on EA app its on my library.
