Game lagging after last update (really bad)

Hey guys. So I haven't played the Sims 4 in about two weeks or so, and everything was fine, there were no issues. But, today after I updated Origin and Sims, I start to experience lousy lagging, and I have tried almost every trick in the book. Unfourtanely, none of it seems to work but, I was able to stop the lagging on intro page and the map. The issue is only during gameplay, and I have different saves to see if it was working or not. But, they were lagging as well. I also deleted all my mods and cc plus, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have tried looking at other forums but, couldn't anyone having my exact issue. I do have a Dxdiag report to try and find the problem. It would be great if someone helps me out cause I do love sims and want to continue playing it. Thank you 🙂

you don't have an awful lot of disc space in general so I would try cleaning up some temp files on your disc as well as maybe move photos and other stuff onto an external drive.

Also you don't have a dedicated graphics card. What graphics settings are you playing on ? I would try lower these a bit.

When you removed mods/cc did you also delete your localthumbcache.package file ? Deleting that can also help as it accumulates  a lot of stuff  over time.

I can see that you have DPI scaling set to 150%. If you run the Sims 4 in a window this may cause lagging. You can solve this by running in fullscreen or set DPI scaling back to the default 100% before launching  the Sims 4.

If you have poor eyesight you may want to consider using Microsoft Magnifier instead.

My sister uses it at 300% magnification.
