For 3 days unable to use full game!!! Cleared catche .reset game. Still stuck. Can't do anything!

brookpagan2013 Have you restarted your computer yet? If not, please do that now.
If the problem is still there (and you don't need to wait more than a minute or two), please let me know the location of the folder the game is reading. Here's how to find it:
