nabisister07 Try loading a different household within that save and let me know whether it works.
Separately, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception file you find. Try loading the main household again and see whether you get another lastexception. If you do, open it, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.
