downloaded game and packs will not run to play
I recently downloaded the game and all expansion packs I own, every time I go to play it loads to a blank white screen. I have no mods, and plenty of storage. My wifi is weak in the area where computer is but I have the ext in the same room and running on either helps none.
Sims 4 household taking too long to load
Recently, after the Sims 4 patch, my game has been acting up, specifically, it's taking a while to load Lemme explain after creating a new household, and I click to play, it'll take about 10 minutes to even show me the world menu after it finally shows i'll click a lot to play on and it won't even load up I've tried deleting mods, localthumbcache & 50/50 method nothings working i'm literally just thinking about quitting because before the update i just had to update some mods and delete some as well i can't pin-point the exact issue

Basically, i just turned my pc back on after a few months of not using it and when i started my sims this is what i was met with. I had already deleted all of my cc and mods before ghosting the game for a few month so i know it has nothing to do with the mods or cc because i have none. I'm not sure if it's just me or if anyone has ever had this happen but i would appreciate some help:)
My laptop freezes while playing with dx11
Hello! I have heard that playing with DX11 increases performance and reduces lag for the sims 4 and I wanted to test it and play with DX11. Unfortunately, whenever I play with DX11, at random time the laptop freezes completely with no way to exit the game with shortcuts. I do not have this problem with DX9. My video card is Nvidia Geforce GTX 3050. I am attaching my DxDiag file..Game crashes, fades to black then white screens with black lines.
Hi!! I'm autistic and very anxious with computers so this is all new to me, My issue started last night with the game in build mode after I downloaded a few new mods on curse forge, It was only a few clutter mods, kitchen things and a house, my file for sims mods isn't large, only 3.5GB max. When I'm playing, the screen will lag and fade to a black screen before going white, and when I drag my mouse, black lines appear where its dragged. I know its the sims because its not happening on any other game. I've re-installed all of the mods Curse forge had flagged, but some mods aren't shown on curse forge that I had downloaded on SFS or Patreon. Any advice for situations newer players don't know about would be great!! Any help that wont scare me would be amazing!!! Thanks in advance! :3Sim routing to objects and then just standing there
I have removed all my mods and CC. since the update my game is running super slow but now when I load into the game all the sims the house seem frozen in their current activity. I can reset them and it seems like it helps but then you tell them to do something like cook and they walk right over to the fridge and just stare at it for 2 sim hours. if you can get them to do something they stay stuck in a loop. the maid is just standing in the middle of the room staring at the wall. pop ups are still happening phone calls are coming in but the sims are stuck. I have tried a couple of times to repair. I took a few videos but I don't see a way to upload those there.Extreme lag and game keeps crashing.
Since the update, my game has extreme lag, to the point it's unplayable. It is regularly crashing too. I've changed all the settings to see if that makes a difference but it doesn't. I initially thought something was wrong with my laptop but I now think it's the game. Never had issues like this before.
