game minimizing/white screen

My daughters game has not been able to load. It was working till the recent update. When she try's to load the game it shows the sims 4 loading screen then it ends up minimizing and when she makes it bigger its a blank white screen. We have tried to repair it, uninstall it and reinstall it, and also cleaned the cache.

Start the game in Windowed mode:
In Origin > Games Library, right-click Sims 4 and select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options and In the Command Line Arguments, add the following text:
-w
and click Okay.
If Windowed mode the game works, try switching back to Fullscreen to see if it continues to work.
