SoireeSenpaii Please update the driver for your laptop's graphics chip. The most recent one Dell offers for your laptop is from 2021, but Intel has one for your processor and iGPU from December:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please try again but with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
