The specifications, including preferred, say Windows 10. For the past couple of months or so Sims 4 seems to work only on Windows 11. If I get 1 full launch out of 30 tries on my Windows 10 machine, I'm doing good. Until the change, all ran flwslessly.

OldeSimsFan My game still runs fine on Windows 10, or at least it did as recently as a couple weeks ago. So I doubt the issue is the OS by itself.
Anyway, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
