Game not loading
My game will load no problem to the main menu. The game will load after and when it’s about to let me play it boots me off. I tried everything EA suggested but nothing worked. Help!!

@emilymelanson Can you load a new save? Please try and let me know whether you can get to live mode. Please also test both the new save and your main save with no mods or custom content; you don't need to save your progress.
If you can load a new save but not the main one, try loading a different household within the main save.
If you can't load a new save, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
