EA APP AND STEAM DLC PACKS

Question

I have 4 packs in EA game. I want to get 2 more but somehow Ea purchase screen has issue and i couldnt buy it from there. So i just done some researchs and i read that i can buy it from steam and they can all work together in 1 game . So i buy it from steam and i connected my both ea account and steam account and i can even see from my ea library that all 7 seven pack are together. but when i open my sims4 game 4 of my olda pack are seen as required even it says you alredy own the pack and tells me to restart. Idid restart my pc 5 times but it didnt work. So how am i gonna connect all the packs now ?&nbsp;

senemer​&nbsp; Uninstall Sims 4 from both the EA App and Steam.&nbsp; Reinstall it only through Steam, and install the packs you own in Steam as well.&nbsp; Open the EA App, click Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; Manage add-ons, and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.&nbsp; Then everything should download into the Steam install and work as if you owned all of it in Steam.
