I’ve literally tried everything. Removing mods, deleting caches, moving the folders around and my game is still unplayable after this update. It worked for two hours when I first signed in earlier, so gullible me went and bought the new pack, then out of nowhere, after two hours of perfect gameplay I can no longer enter CAS. So sick of this. More money down the drain. How is this the only game that malfunctions like this with every update, not even sure it’s legal at this point.
@JulianaMoraes4 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know which problems are still present.
@McLyonzilla Did you remove your entire Mods folder? I ask because a lot of mods are known to break CAS right now. Please see the accepted solution of this thread for a non-exhaustive list:
If CAS doesn't work even with the Mods folder removed, please try the clean user folder, as described above.
