Game packs not showing - Sims4

Ive had a break from gaming for a couple months but when ive logged on some of my expansion/game packs are shoeing as unowned.  When i click a previous save that has these game packs used it says 'g...

    Hey @Lilyc_xo,

    Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble getting all your packs to show back up here.

    Just taking a look at the account you're posting with however, I'm not showing any of the packs you listed were registered here.

    Just to clarify, were those purchased on PC or Xbox? Do you have any other EA Accounts that may have been used in the past?

@Lilyc_xo  Do you own any packs that are loading in-game?  I'd like to know whether the problem is that all (two) of your packs are missing, or only some of them.  Get to Work doesn't count as it's part of an EA Play subscription.

    Hi, 

    My packs that are showing are as follows:

    Cottage living

    Snowy escape

    Discover university

    Island living

    Get famous

    City living

    And get to work for the expansion packs.

    Game packs showing are outdoor retreat and spa day although ive owned parenthood also but thats now showing as unowned.

    Stuff packs showing as owned are nifty knitting and tiny living and ones showing as unowned but ive had before are perfect patio, kids room, backyard, toddler and laundry day. 

    Ive only recently bought one of the kits and that is showing as owned so no problems eith those. 

    Im more annoyed about the expansion packs as i dont have £70 to replace packs ive already owned😅 

    Any help is really appreciated

        Hi, this is why im confused as ive clearly owned the packs otherwise i wouldnt have previous game plays with these packs that i now cant access🤷‍♀️

        They were all bought via xbox store and i dont own any other EA or xbox accounts?
