Game play and event not working properly

problem 1

Since the 10/1/2024 update my game in live mode and in build mode is overlapping. The screen is blue with overlapping icons and remains that way until I go into the manage worlds screen. It's only in that mode does the game appear to be working. Just like when I go into a world. As soon as I go into live game play mode and or build mode, I get a blue screen and overlapping look again. In CAS mode my screen goes to a bright white screen and stays that way for up to 4 minutes. Then it slowly comes into the full CAS mode screen. Everything in this mode is normal. Even saving in CAS mode is normal. I've repaired the game several times and it's still happening. I always remove any and all cache files before going into the game to play it. I even do a repair before opening the game just to be on the safe side. I've made a new game play file and it's happening in that file as well. I do not have any cc's nor mods in this game file. I've deleted the game 4 times completely. I made sure to remove any and all files from my pc. I reinstalled the game and the game only works with my cc and mod filled game file. There is nothing wrong with my pc. It's up to date. Everything works fine on it. There's nothing with my firewall and or virus protection... I am completely dumbfounded into this reasoning.

problem 2

   Since the Reaper Event has started this problem has gotten worse. The pie menu overlaps to the point I don't know which bubble for an action works because there's so many overlapping each other. In my cc and mod game file I cannot play the event at all. The event does not open up at all in this file. Game works normally (if you will) in this file. Hmm. However, in the cc and mod free file I can play the event. But the overlapping, freezing and blue screen makes playing the event impossible. I cannot do the task of moving my Sims because of these things. I cannot even see the Sims after my screen flashes and becomes blue nor anything but the blue screen with the game functions icons around the boarder of the screen. Via everything on the bottom of the screen where the needs are. As well as the top right corner where build buy is located. As well as a cluster of moving overlapping action bubbles (go there and or wants icons) while in live mode. In pause mode it's the same without the movements of the action bubbles. These things are even happening if I do not open the event's icon. Just trying to play the base game, game play itself is impossible since the 2nd week of the event... Severely dumbfounded and mentally stuck into all of this.

     Can someone and or EA please help me figure out what is going on with my game based only game file so I can get back into the event?  At this point I do not feel it's anything on my end that's the problem. But I could be wrong. Even if the game play file is cc and mod free.
