Game resetting settings to full screen on launch

Since the recent patch the game is resetting my display settings on launch and reverting the game to full screen mode. I play on windowed with a custom resolution and it is being reset when launching...

saintsinny​  Do any of your other settings revert after you change them?  Please try a few as a test.  Please also check whether you have any app that's set to "optimize" your game settings, for example the Nvidia App or possibly some Razer software.  If it's doing so, it could be forcing the settings it decides are optimal even after you change them.
