Delay between click
Ever since the Sept update my game has been very glitchy and lagging. When I click on objects and other sims there is a huge delay before the actions actually come up and some of the actions just do not work or when they are almost finished with the action it glitches and they do the tpose and just stand there and it doesn't finish the task. I've updated mods, deleted mods, and tried the game without ANY mods and the problem is the same.
Sims 4, Packs and All others
I have ALL the sims 4 expansion packs AND all related others how can I consolidate all my sims 4 content into one place . at the moment the packs and all others are scattered between E.A. and steam. How can I get steam AND E.A. to show the game that I bought on E.A. to show up on my steam app. does ANYONE understand a Word Of What it is that I am trying to get across .SIMS4PATCHUPDATE
so we got a new patch update yah, bad news the update FAILED , dang it . THE good news E.A. help is at hand, The bad news they are all out to lunch. So I have tried since yesterday trying to fix it but the same error comes up . but there is nothing to do to fix it I cant even go back to try again it just keeps failing
My Sims4 Crashes on Startup
I have this issue for months. I did not pay enough attention to know if it was when a specific update came out, but I know it's been happening since at least June. My game crashes upon launch every time - it gets to the Sims4 and then completely crashes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired countless times. I have tried launching from both EA and Steam. I used to play with mods, but when the crashes started I deleted all of them - so no mods to worry about. Reading through the other posts here, I've also tried checking my ConfigOverride, using a clean game folder, updating drivers, launching in windowed/fullscreen. I'm not sure what else to do ?! I have put hundreds of dollars into this game and 800+ hours, and I just want to play again. Please help! I'm at my wits end. I have attached my dxdiag. THANK YOU!
Not enough disk space
I just got this HP 14 laptop, and I went online to see how to download Sims 4. This is my first time trying to play Sims and I was excited and thought I did everything right. I did all the instructions and then when it came to actually launching the game it said 22.23 disk space required and that I only have 20.26. I have been uninstalling unwanted apps, but this laptop has a lot of preinstalled applications that take up a lot of space. So, I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and knows how to solve this issue?
Sims 4 (steam) does not open.
Hi, im trying to set up the sims for my siblings on their new pc. The game does not start, we got it via steam. When we click play on steam it just says that its running for a short second and then stops. There is no icon in the taskbar on in the taskmanager, EA starts up sometimes. When we use the desktop shortcut aswell as trying to start it via EA, it also wont work. Same issue. Trying to start the sims launcher in the file manager also doesnt work. I tried reinstalling the game as well as reinstalling EA multiple times. Reinstalled it on the HDD and also on the SSD, both times it did not work. Is this an issue with 2 user accounts (local windows 10)on the PC? One for my brother and one for my sis. Both users have admin rights as of now. It was working yesterday when we only had 1 local user, is there any way to fix it or do I have to actually delete one user and make them both have to use one local user only. Would be bad for game saves etc..
EA Launcher won't launch Sims 4
I installed the launcher I installed the game I hit play and the game doesn't launch it closes EA launcher, and opens it back up... it never reaches the Sims 4 'launcher' I have read for days at this point about removing mods (no mods) Moving the Sims 4 folder (did that) so it can make a new one Repairing the game Reinstalling the game Trying it through Steam Running it as administrator Getting rid of background EA programs via Task Manager, and other programs that would for whatever reason mess with the launcher I'm trying to enjoy the game I paid for, and the game I'd like to keep supporting, but your launcher won't let meevent with reaper is broken
Hi my game is i think broken, till the update i haven't problems with game, after the new update with event with reaper my game is not gaming at all, when i want to bulid something okey, i can but after i quit the bulding mode, it dosnt show my sim, needs and goals you know what i mean this belt with all of it, and then i cant play until i turn off and turn on the game again, i was trying to repairing with app but nothing works, please help <3
