Game returns to manage worlds when I try to play with a family.

Whenever I click on my home to play with a family, it gives me a loading screen before returning me to manage worlds. Help!

    After I replied to you, I opened my game just to check if it would work, and it's suddenly working completely fine again! Thanks for all your help!

Done! I use a PC as well, if that's relevant.

    which save game/family do I need to load

    I didn't have any issues with the one I tried.

      I'm not sure what it's called in the file, but the save I'm having a problem with is save slot 1(the automatic one)/save slot 2
