Cats and Dogs

I bought the Cats and Dogs pack a while ago, right after it came out and i’ve had no issues with it until i got a pc. (Previously i had used a gaming laptop). Now, Bridleton Bay isn’t showing up and the cats and dogs are just black shadows and all of the in-game stuff has a bunch of question marks all over it. I’m new to computers and monitors and all this stuff so I don’t really know what i’m doing. I do use CC but i tried taking the folder out and rebooting the game but nothing is working. I could really appreciate some help.

    glthegreat01​  Please manually uninstall and reinstall C&D.  Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list.  If you've installed the game through Steam, close Steam as well.  Open the folder that contains the game's program files, here by default for an EA App or Steam install:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

    Delete the EP04 folder directly inside this Sims 4 folder.  Then open the Delta folder and delete the EP04 folder there.  Repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files), then reinstall C&D, and see whether the content works now.

    If your main save still doesn't look right, please test a new one as well.
