Game returns to manage worlds when I try to play with a family.

I did the factory reset and the repair game option on origin and neither worked. All my saves have this problem... When the game was reset, it worked, but once I put my saves back, it returned to having the problem.

If you don't restart the game in between checking saves, it spreads from save to save.

I've tried two of your saves and didn't have any problems.

Did you just put the saves back after the reset ?

Yeah, I did.

I'm totally at loss atm. Also had a friend try your save and she also had no issues.

To be clear: You have the issue when you start the game and then load a family it goes straight back to the map ? Or do you actually play a while and then it occurs ?

Maybe some other program was interfering in the back that's no longer running ?

Hi! I just had the same problem again. It had things in common with the first time it happened, but I'm still not sure what caused it. My police officer sim was traveling to a different lot for work, which was a lot I downloaded from the gallery (a different lot from the first time this happened) When I look at the lot my sim should be on, the lot says incomplete, even though they weren't incomplete before. They're both bars--maybe an update changes the criteria for bars? I don't know. I tried to replace the lot with something else, but it doesn't work. 

 I didn't have any other programs open-- any idea what might be the cause of the problem?

The incomplete thing is a known issue. I had that myself. It makes lots show as incomplete that are completely fine. You do get map reload on those.

Usually it helps if you go to build mode from the map. That should reset the incomplete and after that it should work again.
