Game Saves Missing After New Update

Today I opened the Sims 4 after it updated, only to find all of my saved games gone, all of my cc and mods (I didn't have much) gone from my mods folder and the quality of the graphics really bad. Did this happen to anyone else? I have the MC Command Centre mod and limited cc, all MaxisMatch. Is there a way to fix this? Really annoying as I was doing the Not So Berry Challenge and was on generation 4.

    Hi @mayaisobel

    sounds like your folder got moved (or deleted). Try checking your trash can and search your hard drive for thesims4 if there's another folder somewhere.

    are they physically gone from your hard drive or from the game ?

    Are you using oneDrive ? If so, do you have a sims folder there as well ?

    I can’t find them in either my hard drive or the game. I do have OneDrive but I do not have a sims folder there. I also just checked to find my screenshots disappeared as well. Also, the houses I have downloaded from the gallery are no longer in my library.

    It’s basically as if it’s my first time ever opening the sims 4- tutorials come up, all of the settings are at their default.
