@makare1 I'm not really an expert, but The Sims 4 has two main folders, the one usually found in Programs (where the EXE game and all the expansions are) and which I guess in your case was on the E: disk, and the one in Documents>Electronic Arts. In the latter are your saves, your UI settings, and your Mods/CCs.
I too have the game installed on another HD, but I kept the folder in Documents on the C disk:
