game speed controls for sims 4
hi i dont know what has happened with the game speed controls nothing is happening when i press keys 1,2 or 3 it works when i use the mouse and click on the different speeds but i like using the number keys please help

Do you have Number Lock on? The keys should work for you. Are there any other buttons that don't work correctly?
Does the number pad work in other programs (like the calculator)?

it's a programme that can take screenshots,videos and such i was just wondering if you had a programme open that may use the same keys as the game and could possibly run interference on the game control and just suggest closing the other program and exit it then lunch the game again to see if the speed controls worked again
