chellehendrahere It's probably just your save, and possibly only the one household in your save. But more information would be useful. Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this main household, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open the file, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
Please also let me know whether you can load a different, previously-unplayed household in the same save. And I'd also like to know whether you can load your main household in a backup save.
