Game time freezes every night

There was another thread about this however unlike them my game itself isn't frozen. Every night around 3:16 am the time on the clock freezes, I'm able to just change the speed between x1 and x3 and ...

@kathryn891 Sounds like some interaction that's taking place at the time is freezing. Does the same freeze happen on another household in your save ?
