Thank you for your reply but at this point ChatGPT has been greater help than EA employees...
After days of testing, updating, going back and forth between patches, my game is finally stable with CC and all my mods.
EA should stop placing the blame in others and refrain from adding content that they know modders do it better.
Turns out the problem was nothing more then bad patching. Together with ChatGPT, after updating drivers, reinstalling the game, running extensive hardware and software tests, updating to the latest patch, turns out the problem was with update 1.114 that introduced memory leak that patch 1.115 "fixed".
RAM consuption with the latest patches plus mods has increased from 8gb to almost 14gb (16 being what i had in my system). Ive upgraded my build to 32gb, tested the game and, while monotoring recourses, the game is running fine for plus 40min. However this happened last time on patch 1.113.297, I was playing for 4+ hours and out of the blue the game was crashing after 3min in live mode even without mods.
What was the problem? Mostly how the game has an ancient engine and how the company keeps trying to build new content on top of a molded infested basement.
My concern is that with future scripted heavy dlc the game will eventually break and no amount of fixes will bring it from the ground.
My suggestion fellow simmers is that you constantly monitor your computer resources for signs that your game might eventually crash.
Ive played Skyrim for years with heavy scripted mods and Ive never had these problems with RAM or hardware exaustion.
This problem maybe flagged has "solution" but this its not. It was a band aid to a problem that EA is trying to cover up whilst producing more "content" and breaking the game even more charging you for it.
