Game unavailable

Since you got it on Steam you need to start it from Steam. You also need Origin as the EA App currently does not support Steam.

but there are no origin anymore

My sims was fine yesterday and today it just won't work. On EA it's unavailable and in steams it won't open.

Still doesn't work for me

@Maplevx  Is the EA App loading normally?  Let me know either way, and also post a screenshot of the error that says Sims 4 is unavailable.

My game worked fine, my daughter's did too (separate computers and accounts). She was playing today. I tried to get on my computer and play and I got an error "Error. Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Please try again a little later."
My daughter, hearing my frustration with my game not launching, closed her game on her computer. When she tried to re-open it, she got the same error. It also says in the EA app, that the game is unavailable for both of us.

How do I make it work?
