Game will not launch
My game will not launch no matter what I try. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times, repaired it, and cleared cache. Please help. Here is the DxDiag I ran.
@foxkitty9 Thanks for providing the dxdiag, which shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the AMD graphics driver is crashing. MSI doesn't offer a newer driver for your laptop, but AMD does:
To be clear, you want the Adrenalin 24.5.1 driver, dated May 15. Run it as an admin; right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play. If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
