im having the exact same issue. cant launch sims 4 at all, delete any and all broken, duplicate, corrupted files/cc/mods etc and it still wont launch. the only thing thats changed is the message that i get after an unsuccessful launch about it being EA's issue from their end now doesnt pop up. quite a slap in the face to be frank. this also happened to me after downloading new cc and mods but i have really cleaned out my folder. no more issues from my end. ive troubleshooted in about 10 different ways!
