And game repair fails because "I don't own pre-order content"

Can someone from EA please help me? I've pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature DLC, but game loaded once, crashed, and I have since tried to repair the game. The Game repair keeps failing as, during the repair process, the game is trying to download the pre-ordered content, and I keep getting the error message my account doesn't own the pre-ordered content, which can't be right.

According to my library overview I do own this content. When I click "cancel download", the EA app states that the repair is complete, but ever since then, my game will not load. I can't play, or do anything.

 Mods are fully disabled (they've been moved out of the mods folder, which is now empty).
