Game won't load

Hi,

I have looked through to see if i can find the right answer but i have no idea which ones i am supposed to do. 

When i try to start the game, i just get a white blank screen and nothing else. I tried doing a repair and i also tried uninstalling and re installing but same problem. I have been lucky with sims in the past and never had issues like this.
