Game wont open with any mods

I have been using mods since sims 2 I've never had this issue before? My game will not open if even just 1 mod that ive been using since 2017 with no issues is in it? I have moved the file to the desktop, undownloaed origin and ts4 and re downloaded it. I'm making sure to only use mods in my tests runs that I've been using for a long time and are fairly simple (face paint etc)  I have also repaired my game twice now. Not sure what else to do ☹️

    After each update, most scripts mods and a large part CC will be spoiled and will spoil the game. Checking what broke down this time after the patch, and replacing these broken ones by a new updated version or deleting these is the price the player pays for using CC and mods in TS4,
    Move the mods folder to the desktop.
    Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game, also delete all folders with the word "cache" in the name - important!
    Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
    Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC.
    Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
    Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
    You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version

    I made a post yesterday about how my game wasnt working with mods. I did everything the commenter said and everything was going okay. Now after getting to a point where i had all my mods in expect 10-ish? and opening the game, letting it load, then closing it it wont open at all. Even with no mods in at all. It also wont repair it's self I'm watching it sit in origin at 0% with 0h 0m and 0s left... 

    EDIT: i have 0 packs and im on the most updated version of the base game

    You just have old, outdated mods, you can't force the game to work with incompatible mods. Go to mods creators page and look for current versions. This is TS4 - here any patch may break mods and the game will not start. TS4 is created on completely different scripts than TS2 or TS3.
