Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

Hi simmers, 

I've tried opening my game hundreds of time and it always comes up with an error saying 'game is already running' then leaving the error code (or what i presume it is) that is in the title of this post. I've looked up on google and it directed me to turn off something in virus settings but it still will not open and shows the same message. I have deleted all my cc incase that was the issue but it still seems to not work. Please help!
