Game wont start

I've been having issues with my game fully starting. When clicking on it, the screen will temporarily flash white and then display the message "Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system...

sd006​  Steam itself should open fine with the Bin folder deleted.  If it's still not working, please restart your computer and try again.

In Steam, the repair option is called "Verify integrity of the game files" and is under Properties > Installed Files.  It's the same as an EA App repair.

    puzzlezaddict​ after restarting my computer I was able to get steam to open, and verify the integrity of the game files again. I'm still unable to get the sims 4 to load. I'm also still not getting the option to repair via the EA app
